It all began with a heated debate in the ENS community about the ENS DAO's proposal to "snipe" and register certain domains that are on Premium. While some argued it was necessary for protection of brands and trademarks, others saw it as a threat to decentralization. 

In the midst of this chaos, a group of ENS users decided to turn the tables by embracing the "squatter" label and transforming it into a badge of honor. And so, the idea for ENSquatters NFT collection was born—a hilarious and engaging tribute to the often misunderstood world of ENS ​"squatting".
